Andrei is Eternalist holding the Cat Fall Trinket. He wants to test it by asking other Eternalists to shoot him from the big cannon on Cliffside Upper Road in the Updaam in Afternoon. If player is not interfere then he will be shot from the cannon somewhere to the ocean. But if the player kills the Eternalists at the cannon, then he can shoot the cannon himself. The cannon is supplied by the battery and there are some batteries around the socket. It is possible to change the full powered battery to the half powered battery in the cannon. In this case after shooting the cannon Andrei will land and die on the roof of Hangar 1 instead of the ocean.
The player can visit Karl's Bay in the Evening and collect the Cat Fall Trinket.
If Andrei is not shot from the cannon in the Afternnon, then he can be found in the Evening still inside the cannon talking to himself.
