Major Eloise "Redfowl" Sullohern is one of three Motherland spies in the AEON Program alongside with Beetlequeen and Starbird and the leader of the spies. She was observing AEON activity in Fristad Rock and left some notes in the Storm Shelter. Later Beetlequeen and Starbird decided to stay on the Blackreef as the Eternalists and Beetlequeen poisoned the soup of Redfowl. It is noted in the cassette Beetlequeen's Betrayal.
Upon death Redfowl left a coded message repeated every morning on the radio network with the hint to open all 3 spy hideouts. It is found in Sullohern's Last Words cassette.
Later Beetlequeen and Starbird can be found at the cliff near the Dorsey Manor in Updaam in Afternoon discussing the hiding of Redfowl's body.
