Obtaining the gun[]
The rifle can be obtained by completing the Keep On Giving Arsenal Lead.
It is found in Updaam in the Afternoon. An Angry Eternalist will announce over the intercom that they have left a present for Colt near his apartment. There is a giant present with a lever in the middle of the road in Dorsey Square.
Pulling the lever triggers an ambush by several assassins hiding around who will shoot at Colt. The Sepulchra Breteira is dropped from their leader Angry Eternalist, who can be found on the second floor of the Bakery along with 2 other snipers.
It is not required to spring the trap, Colt can also sneak into the bakery and kill all 3 snipers waiting for the surprise.
It also can be dropped by Julianna Blake.
