Found in Yasen Station in Updaam. It is on a desk in front of the door which is near the bridge to Condition Detachment.

Think all this snow's starting to get to me. Something in the air, like it's too thick and too thin at the same time. Hard to breathe either way.
Thought I saw someone round a corner in the power station yesterday. Tried to catch up, and they were just gone. Was a dead end, too, nowhere to go.
Thing is, I thought it was me. And then I was like, what if some other me saw this me round the same corner?
Part of me wants to tell Pishtchek's people, but most of me doesn't want them cutting open my head for a poke about.
Anyway, just thought you should know that Yasen's not the loneliest posting on Blackreef.
