One of these days, Frank's obsession with fireworks is going to get him killed. Frank sends up fireworks every evening. The burning details should be in his fortified club. Luckily, no security's foolproof. Frank's fireworks are stored in a cargo container by the Bay. A locked container is being filled with fireworks by an Updaamer named Otto. Frank promised to send him the code at noon.

Otto's Workshop is intact in the morning, but something causes it to burn down by noon. The fire is caused by the overloaded power boxes connected to Otto's fireworks machine. No power boxes, no fire. With the fire prevented, Otto's minicom will be accessible later in the day. I can find the cargo container code there. I can access the container for Frank's fireworks in Karl's Bay with the code ####.

What'll make the fireworks lethal but also slip past Frank? I should examine his pyrotechnic bona fides at his place. Given his limited understanding of rain flap functionality, Ramblin' Frank won't notice a little light sabotage. Frank's fireworks are vulnerable to sabotage; I can kill him with his own favorite toys.

This is good, but it could be better. The following content requires revision and general improvements. You can help out the wiki by adding more information, sourcing unverified information, and making the content more user-friendly.

  • Frank's fireworks are stored in a locked storage container outside Hangar 2 in Karl's Bay.
  • The note, KEEP OUT, is stuck to the container. It reveals that the fireworks are supplied by a man named Otto in Updaam.
  • If you go to Otto's Fireworks Boutique in Updaam at Noon or later, it will be burned down and the code to the container of fireworks will be inaccessible.
  • Go to the Fireworks Boutique in the Morning and read the Minicom entry, Private Messages: Frank, Guest. It reveals that Frank will send through the container code at Noon. However, unless you intervene, the Fireworks Boutique will burn down before then.
  • Follow the power cables to four different power boxes located around Updaam.
  • Destroy the power boxes by either shooting or meleeing them. Meleeing them will cause damage to Colt.
  • After disabling the power boxes, leave Updaam and return at Noon or later.
  • Access the Minicom in the Fireworks Boutique again and the entry, Private Messages: Frank, Guest, will be updated with the container code.
  • The code from the Fireworks Boutique can be used to unlock the container with Frank's fireworks in this loop and all subsequent loops.
  • There is a control panel inside the container which will allow Colt to sabotage the fireworks display in the evening but there are several options and it is unclear which is the correct one.
  • Visit Frank's Club in Fristad Rock in the Morning to find his weakness.
  • The cassette, Fishing for Fireworks, is located in Frank's bedroom on the top floor of the club. It reveals that Frank doesn't know anything about the "flappy-things" on his fireworks.
  • Interacting with the console inside the fireworks container will allow Colt to tamper with the rain flaps.
  • Tamper with the rain flaps prior to Frank's fireworks display in the Evening.
  • If Frank's fireworks have been sabotaged, he will be killed in the resulting explosion in the Evening. His death will be heard over the broadcast system and a disproportionately large explosion will be seen over Fristad Rock when the accident occurs.
